  • Do you take insurance?

    I do not take insurance and am a private/cash pay practice. However, I do have resources to help submit superbills to insurance for reimbursement if that is part of your benefits.

  • Do you ever see clients outside fo your specialties?

    Sure do! Feel like we may connect well but have concerns other than my specialties listed on the website? Schedule a consult with me and talk it over. We can discuss if I could be a good fit for you.

  • Do I need anything to start sessions?

    After we complete your consultation, all you need to do is show up, put in the work, and be honest with yourself to achieve your goals.

    I will send intake paperwork to your email prior to our initial session that needs to be completed before we meet.

  • How are sessions scheduled and how long do they last?

    After a consultation, if we agree to move forward with sessions, I will send you a link to your client portal which will allow us to schedule our appointments and you to request appointments as well.

    Sessions can be a range of time lengths, but average is 50 minutes.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    There is no charge for a cancelation as long as it is within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If it is after that time frame or there is a no show to your scheduled session, there will be a $80 charge.

  • What do I need for virtual sessions?

    You will need some sort of smart device or a computer with a computer; this can include your phone or tablet. You will also need reliable internet; when you try to use data, there is a higher chance for connection issues.
